[AMC-list] middle of the road camshaft

no off-roading, other than my driveway and an occasional field; otherwise
my SX/4 is for summer touring, so good gas millage is top priority. It has
a 5sp standard transmission, so I control the rpm's. So what particular
company/part number should I be looking for?
