The really early cams are different. Are you planning for a bit of fun? My first stroker got the Crower Baja beast cam, but I( can't recall if anything special was needed on the springs? The head is one yearish. Very last of the tin covers or first of the plastic ones. My mechanic informed me that was a one year only style camshaft? I heard that year had soft cam issues, but one year only? Really? ------------------------------ Message: 3 Date: Sat, 9 Nov 2013 12:57:05 -0700 (MST) From: Ken Ames <ameskg@xxxxxxxxx> To: "Rambler AMC, Nash, Jeep and family" <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: Re: [AMC-list] camshafts Message-ID: <809060262.362683.1384027025379.JavaMail.root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8 Don't have all the figures, but 81,82,84 cams have the same specs - probably the same part. ----- Original Message ----- -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
