[AMC-list] 63 440H upper controll arms

my 63 440H has both left upper control arms jacked up. the front one has about a 1" long groove ground out of it. the rear arm has about a 1/2" groove. I have a 62 classic parts car. the upper control arms on it look ALOT like them on the American. can anyone tell me for sure if they are the same or not before I go thru the fun job of pulling them off the American? the classic isn't a big deal to rip them off of. will be a good reason to do new bushings while im at it also I guess. if anyone knows for sure they WONT work, does anyone have a decent pair I could buy that are in good shape?
