Wow Steve, That is a hard order. That is a one year only and a partial year only piston to be exact. Finding an original one in good shape is a tall order but if anyone can find one, you will. Like we talked in the past, I would be very careful with cast pistons anywhere around the 10:1 range with the gas we have today. I have pulled apart many 390 and 401s with cast pistons that have been broken. The stock pistons are a little better than what is available today but still not suited or designed for lower octane unleaded fuel. Back then, they had ethyl leaded fuel that had a much higher octane than what we have today. Detonation in these older engines unless you have a quiet exhaust, is sometimes vary hard to hear.
