There are several varieties of AMC sicknesses and viruses that causes the
sufferer to hanker after certain makes and models, or modifications
thereof, of American Motors products, that sometime bewilder, irritate, or
boggle those around the afflicted. As long as the disease doesn't cause
divorce, bankruptcy, or violent mayhem to the unfortunate or close
associates , it should be deemed "harmless". However, when the urge to
"collect" more than a "sane"(that is a relative term...) amount of AMC
product goes beyond the ability to maintain the increasing pile/herd of
vehicles, intervention may be in order, even though this habit is almost
impossible to kick, and may include municipal intervention or irate
neighbors to curb the desire for MORE....and THAT'S why some of use have
more than one AMC.
