AM General has the largest stock pile of vintage AMC technology.
They have all kinds of goodies tucked away, An AL 540ci AMC V8 and a AL 600ci AMC V8 for aviation/Naval usage. Some of were produced in small numbers from '57-'75. There is also an 800ci V12 that was built but never used for mil-spec tanks.
A 3 axled front wheel drive Motor-home/Camper vehicle, Small handful produced used by "Holiday Rambler"

Never knew about the AMG stuff! Wish we could get some photos of those engines... and some tech details.
I contacted Holiday Rambler years ago about the AMC FWD camper power modules. They said they got a few of them (can't remember if it were 3 or 6) and made some experimental chassis, but never went into production. They were basically Jeep setups with an AWD transfer case, nothing connected to the rear output, and I think they used an independent front axle similar to the Eagle instead of a straight axle.
