Insurance companies are all the same. it's their Duty (almost, at least that's how they feel) to not pay out.... With that woman on the phone you should have instantly said OMG I feel dizzy because of the accident! I think I'm feeling the effects of major soft tissue injuries! I don't think I can go to work now!! Glad it worked out. sounds like you had your ducks in a row, a lot of people just give up.
