My brother and I stripped the P/S rams off of three or for Fords way back when and put manual linkage and pitman arms on them. Talk about a bear to steer! I think they are right around 16:1 with a P/S box. Most had little custom after market steering wheels too! It was good exercise and we did not have money to buy the rams and the junkyard people were friends and let us have the manual pieces for $10 a setup!
