tnmorrison, You know I hadn't thought of that approach at all.I know i the past I've taken the soffit plgs out of 291C heads and found a rod like thing up inside the cooling jackets. I assumed it was there during the casting process holding the sand mold pieces in the correct position.
I don't recall ever seeing them inside the cooling jacket of the block.I thought maybe it was residual casting sand making the mud too, but after all these years and so many flushes that
does't seem to fit either. Maybe it is a chemical soup I'm creating?????----- Original Message ----- From: <tnmorrison@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Just a thought: I'd talk to a chemist; you may be adding the "right" ingredients to make a sludge-stranger things happen. _______________________________________________ AMC-list mailing list AMC-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxhttp://list.amc-list.com/listinfo.cgi/amc-list-amc-list.com
