Rarity doesn't equate to added market value for ANY car. The only reason the "rare" model Mustangs, Corvettes, etc. equal added market value is because everybody and his brother would like to have one just like it. POPULARITY drives market value, NOT RARITY. If you have the only known existing example of a car (or any antique or collectible) and no one cares or wants it, guess what it's worth? Rarer than hens teeth, still worth what someone is willing to pay for it... in this case NOTHING!! ------------------- Date: Sun, 6 May 2012 14:38:06 -0500 From: "Eddie Stakes"<eddiestakes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Thought I would clairfy the rarity does not equate market value when it comes to AMC comment... -- Frank Swygert Editor - American Motors Cars Magazine www.amc-mag.com _______________________________________________ AMC-list mailing list AMC-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://list.amc-list.com/listinfo.cgi/amc-list-amc-list.com
