In fact, I did take Project HMX out for its first long drive of the season on Sunday. I almost wish I hadn't. The brakes, which felt weaker than usual, locked up on me a couple times, which means I now have to troubleshoot the system. It's full and bled - I at least made sure to do that while I was getting it ready - so I'm not sure what is wrong with it. Other than that, it ran strong. I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator I want to install, then after that a wide-band O2 sensor and datalogger so I can see how the 4.0 fuel injection system is working. dan Message: 2 Date: Mon, 2 Apr 2012 06:20:55 -0500 From: "Armand Eshleman" <aje1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "AMC, Rambler, Nash, Jeep and family" <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [AMC-list] A/C Message-ID: <7B147891D5574BA29A797F8C16E1E3D0@computzer3> Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset="iso-8859-1"; reply-type=original Hey AMC ers How was your weekend? Did you go cruising in your AMC or make any progress on the project? I'm still working on the A/C install on the Javelin. I need a front view of a 1970 or newer AMC or Jeep V8 engine showing how the A/C compressor bracket, idler pulley bracket and the alternator mount. Can anyone help? I've got a sanden bracket from a late 80s Jeep V8 and the york bracket too. The sanden bracket is the preferred one. send to my home email please. aje1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thanks all, Armand _______________________________________________ AMC-list mailing list AMC-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://list.amc-list.com/listinfo.cgi/amc-list-amc-list.com
