The Mustang GT T5 is rated at 330 ft lbs of torque, but they are rare. 
Another option if you got the money is get a Tremec T5 built for the job.
Yeah, a stout built 360 can trash the T5 if you use sticky tires and a 3.73 
or higher axle ratio.
Watch out for third gear too, if you mess that up too many times it'll clean 
the teeth off third gear and the cluster gear.
Anoter great source of help with the T5 is Hanlon Motorsports. He makes em 
live behnd engines with tons of power.
