I used a kit on my J10 that was for upgrading to 100 watt lights. It had 4 plugs (for the back of the lights in 4 light system) with 2 female plugs (to hook to the original low beam sockets) and 2 relays (high/low switching 40 amps) plus wiring to go to the battery (IIRC, 10 gauge for positive and negative) with inline fuse near the battery on the live side. The relays hid behind the headlights and I had a higher output alternator I put in. 96 amp 1 wire. It sure made seeing the road to my cabin much easier!
