I deal with broken bolts at work all the time. You will probably need to heat it up real good. Try the basic propane bottle first, but I usually have to resort to a torch with a rose tip. Heat it, bang on it real good and heat again. Don't be timid, but don't go crazy either.. Just last week I had a pully bolt on a corn binder that I had to heat up white hot, let it cool and then reheat. It finally broke free.
