1976 TSM says it he fuse panel is located near the parking brake mechanism.

Well, I apparently don't have a 76 TSM in my AMC library. Anyone know where they 

hid the fuses? Can't see it up under the driver's side dash. Not behind the 
glovebox.  My back-up lights don't work, so figured I'd check a fuse first.
