It's too bad they didn't continue the AMC 4 cyl in Eagles. It had more power than the Iron Dukie and usually lasted longer when fuel injected. (the carbs sucked!) The one in my '86 Comanche finally is being rebuilt at almost 400,000 miles. (Current owner was deciding between that and buying a new car till he checked prices) There was a gold '79 Pacer wagon with 304 here recently on CL. I was beat to it by 10 minutes!
