[AMC-list] rear shock bolt question

I have a 1968 amx and while removing the rear shocks I snapped one of the bolts that at the top. the bolts look like they are pressed into a plate that is welded onto the inside of the car. How do I remove and replace it and are there replacement parts for sale?
