my '91-3 parts pdf says the the 2wd yoke is -26- spline, and it's the
same for aw4 and ax15, but different from 4wd.

my '94-6 pdf says they were carried up through '95; '96 4.0 2wd and
4wd are the same.

the '96 spline count isn't listed.  fwiw, the zj 5.2 44re/46rh yoke
is 27 spline; the zj 4.0 42re yoke is 30 spline.
