You mean he doesn't think just about everything that's yours is his already? ;> Heck, if it lasts it will be his at some point later anyway... enjoy it together while you can and let him use it on occasion. He'll probably want something newer for a daily driver anyway. An old car is safe enough and fun, but you don't really want anything to happen to it as it's hard to replace. Sort of up to you there as to whether it's to be his daily driver or not, but I'd opt for keeping it a weekend/occasional date car and have a 5-10 year old daily driver that you don't expect to keep but a few years... a "throw away" as they were pretty much designed to be! Yeah, our Ramblers were those in the not too distant past as cheap yet reliable used cars... --------------- Date: Thu, 17 Feb 2011 00:28:11 -0500 From: Bruce Griffis<bruce.griffis@xxxxxxxxx> we're doing ourselves (well, my son is doing it - think I need to offer part-ownership or something like that!). -- Frank Swygert Publisher, "American Motors Cars" Magazine (AMC) For all AMC enthusiasts http://www.amc-mag.com (free download available!) _______________________________________________ AMC-list mailing list AMC-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://list.amc-list.com/listinfo.cgi/amc-list-amc-list.com
