There are any number of ways to get a good solid mount.
you can drill and drop s sleeve in an cinch it down to the bottom of thr rail then a long bolt will
clamp it to that bottome rsil.
   the main concern is to not crush the rail, cinch needs to happen as near as possible. to the mount
