By all means, all wires should be secured. I thought that was a gimme. The shrink tube should be long enough to provide support for the wire. Then zip tie or use a clamp. Any wire that is left dangling will be a source of trouble down the road, or even sitting in the drive. I have never met a situation that solder was not called for and we live and die by our electrical work. Plus I haven't been stranded since I don't know when. So I still say; crimp, solder, shrink tube, secure. You're good to go......Russ _______________________________________________ AMC-list mailing list AMC-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://list.amc-list.com/listinfo.cgi/amc-list-amc-list.com
