Don't know if it's the same part or not, but since AMC didn't use the J in front, and I don't recall them using the letters afterwards, I came up with 

PN 351-6818 
                    1968-74 AMX/Javelin Trunk Seal? (Available for other models)
(found on http://www.oldcarparts.com/specials.html which doesn't appear to function anymore)

If they have a lump on either end, since the got the J#, they could be for Grand Wagoneer tailgate.

?can anyone help me ID this pkg,? i THINK they are roof rails weatherstripping, for AMX.
i bought 
        them looong ago.? they are in a Chrylser plastic bag, it's a 
        
single piece maybe 8' long.??? J3516 818 LSF 
        sealer.
 
?? sure looks like roof? rails, but like to confirm some how or
another, have searched the part # all about.
