Just a thought, but my room mate has the trans issue in her rig (Fword truck) and since it's used for hauling stuff, we found a 4x4 trans (it's currently 2wd) and I already have a NP208F (They are the same as '80 up Jeep Tcase found behind the T18s) so this will give her a lower takeoff gear with the low range and take a lot of stress off the trans. Jeep T5 trans aren't hard to come by and expensive to rebuild. If you don't tow, maybe look at a 2wd AX15 ( real easy to find here. I got one for $250 w/o the bellhousing from a '94 XJ) Jim Blair, Lynnwood, WA '87 Comanche, '83 Jeep J10, '84 Jeep J10 From: Richard Estermyer <javelinman74@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [AMC-list] E-bay Trendsetters Message-ID: <BAY153-w216872BC6BD2EDAE724D4CDD690@xxxxxxx> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Hey all, I came across a NOS set of trendsetter side pipes, did a little research and fould/feel they are legit. Either way they have never been put on a car. Here is the link. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130436991672&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT Just today it met reserve (surprise) w/2 days left. Couldn't come at a better time, as the T-5 in the Concord wagon started squeeing while going to Dayton last week.
