If I may add my two cents worth to this, besides being the acelerator pump not squirting sufficient fuel into the manifold it could also be the off idle transfer ports are plugged. They are the ports just above the idle mixture screws inside the venturi and above the throttle plate when the plate is at idle position. What about ignition timing, if it doesn't advance slightly when the engine begins to accelerate, it might stall?
