It's a time capsule alright, and I think it is worth the starting bid as it sits. It will need brakes, tires, and probably carburetor work. Don't want to be picky but if it was stored inside, the factory paint should not have "dull areas" that won't shine up. There may be more aftermarket paint on the car than the seller admits. Still, it would be fun to own.
