My neighbor never bothers to put his new insepctions sticker on his truck. He's had it stolen several times by cheaters who don't want to pay the license fee for their own cars. The stickers cycle through several colors blue, red, yellow green, maybe another one or two, so he has the correct color every few years, like a stopped clock being right twice a day.. He always has the current sticker in his glove box and he's never been stopped because of an invalid sticker. I can't get a one day permit to move my Rambler because I need to get the VIN number verified first, otherwise I can't title it. You need a registration in your name to get a one day permit. Maybe we emit guilty pheromes of some sort the police scanners detect? kinda like when your plates or inspection sticker is expired, you think everyone is looking at it. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
