I used the poly universal Energy Suspension mount on the '83 wagon I used for towing, but since then I found the '94ish Grand Cherokee mount looks similar enough to probably work. O'Really wrong parts shows the 2wd car version. A Cherokee mount from an '84 to '86 with auto also looks close but the crossbar would need mods. Ps: I added a plate between the universal mount and trans for my setup and a spacer to lower the trans slightly for the lift to match the diff angle From: Jesse To: amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [AMC-list] Eagle Message-ID: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Noone makes a trans mount listing for the Eagles with Automatic transmission that I can find, though the standard trans mounts are readily available.? What's so weird is that only a miniscule number of Eagles came out with Standard tranny's when compared with the total number.? ? Anyone have an alternative suggestion?? The Eagle's Nest Site did not have any solutions, so I am hoping I can pass on some wisdom from you guys!? ? I am going to yank the trans mount off tomorrow after replacing the motor mounts and take to a parts store where I can just peruse the catalogues to find an option, if nothing turns up here.? ?
