'68 AMC, am trying to re-attach the cables that manipulate the heat/defrost/AC controls, the cables are held in place by those clips designed by? some sadistic bastard ?who at one time i'm? sure called himself a mechanical engineer,? he probably had 3 hands. any one know of a special, say miracle tool? or method to get those things back on???? i actually did get a lower one on, but the upper ones less accessible. ?? am considering removing the panel, which would allow it to hang lower, but then wonder if that might cause more problems that i havent even imagined. also? any source for those cables?? have to replace at least one.? someone suggested adapting those cables that adjust the speed on your lawn mower. ? --carl _________________________________________________________________ The New Busy think 9 to 5 is a cute idea.
