I don't know why I'd worry about this more than a car will full-flow filtration where a plugged filter means no oil at all! It's inconcievable to me that I could plug a filter fed by a 1/8" line anyways. Besides I did find and install a filter that has both 10PSI bypass and anti-drainback, Wix 1374.
