I've heard good reports back from guys using Center force dual friction diaphragm disc and plate resurface fly wheel new T/O release bearing etc. You can get one stop shopping from Galvins, APD and other amc vendors in rubber. Prothane does poly in. Black and red. IMHO a car driven rarely on decent roads would get the poly. They last darn near forever and IMHO (again) they don't do much to harshen the ride as long as you stay with rubber strut rod bushings. Also when using poly stay away from harsh/stiff shock valving. I'm looking for a light pedal pressure one. My left leg isn't what it used to be. Next, bushings. I need to replace the original ones front and rear. Even though the car doesn't have many miles years have gotten to the rubber parts. I'm looking for a one stop place that can deliver all the bushings .
