[AMC-list] off to AMCRC meet

After a slight delay -- long story short, I had professionally crimped steel
fitted, stainless steel braid covered teflon lines made for the oiling --
THIS MORNING -- the final solution I should have done first thing -- I'm off
to Sacramento via way of Oakland for a day's visit with old friends. See
some of you there maybe?

It won't be hard to spot my American, it will be the one that the rest of
the field cringes around. Maybe they'll look under the hood and be appalled
a second time! I think the 'restify' category says '7-non-stock items'. I
think I have 7 stock items! I'll be in modified.

Just kidding, I'm sure it will be a blast.
