I tried a google search for Sparton (correct spelling I think) horns and couldn't find a post about repair of the new style horns (60s-70s) but did fine posts on repairing the older style horns. Anyway I have a couple of horns that don't work too, but I don't have a real need to use them for awhile. If the guy referenced below can help you out, plase post to the list. I do know that you need a good ground connection for the horn to work. I have whacked them with a rubber mallet to wake them up (successfully).
