I'll second that. The seals holding in the station wagon rear windows on my
63 Classic are more like charcoal briquets than anything that used to be
flexible. 1/2" gaps from shrinkage, and they spall so much surface rubber
you can't even goop sealant onto them. I swear the glass is held in place by
sheer stubbornness and bad habit.
