Napa sells both the see thru glass filter and refills for different size lines and also still has the glass sediment bowl type (I have one on my '82 Spirit that I dumped at least 30 times before changing my tank) I also added a clear plastic filter after the glass bowl (changed it many times too)

?Thanks for all the suggestions. I made sure to install a new filter before the pump to catch any more chunks and I guess I did it right because I used all clear filters! I wanted to make sure I did not have to take apart the pump again. I will definitely look into getting the filters with the replaceable elements... I have always thought that would be a great idea, but have only seen the old style glass ones... I hear those are a bad idea.. Thanks again.
