crap you mentioned those magnets before, I plumb forgot. I'd have sure gave it a try. i cleaned the tank with brand new rolock 50 grit discs and the bottom strips i drilled a grid pattern so the JB weld can grip top and bottom. I'm 90%+ sure the JB weld will hold.
