In Los Angeles, Mark Rippe has it. I was gonna take it but I just can't do it. It is NOT running now because he popped the head to rebuild it (done now, comes with) and it needs an interior. This is a classic "desert" car -- paint has gone all patina'd (Mark was going to leave it and so was I). It's a 232, auto trans, two door car. Good glass, zero rust. Mark generally doesn't have crap cars. It would be a shame to let this get crushed, which is likely to happen. He's lost his storage for it, it needs to go ASAP. I will find out soon, but I believe if you popped the head back on, bought a battery, juiced it up, bolted in a seat (I can give you a PAIR of 63 classic 4-door seats) you could drive it fine. Might need brakes etc but I think it'd be movable under it's own power without much effort. The non-rotted chassis is the gold here, on one of AMC's nicest cars, ever. (I had a half-baked idea to put my Navarro engine in this car, but I'm thinking now I will trade or sell off all my Navarro stuff -- I'm just not gonna use it.) -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
