Hey everyone- Haven't posted here in a while but hoping for some help. I'm trying to get my 60 Rambler wagon with i6 196 back on the road after blowing a piston a year or two ago, and apparently I didn't take as many detailed 'before' pictures as I should have before tearing the motor down. I was hoping that someone with a healthy, assembled, inline 6 196 automatic trans might be able to help me with some pictures of the accelerator linkage. I have everything under the hood, just disconnected from the carb (which is a Holley, can't remember the model, but it's the one with the plastic see-through tank). I also have two stupid questions maybe someone can help me with: 1) Which line in the fuel pump connects to the intake? I also replaced fuel pump but foolishly didn't label things. I don't know that the PO ever had this line connected, if not, that may have been part of my problem in the first place. 2) Which direction do the bolts in the front of the oil pan go in?! I don't remember which direction, I was a little frazzled when I disassembled I guess. Seems a little too tight to go in behind, but I don't know that the threads match up from the front. Hopefully this all makes sense, and hopefully someone can help me I out. I REALLY appreciate it! -- Johnny _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail: Free, trusted and rich email service. http://clk.atdmt.com/GBL/go/196390708/direct/01/ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
