The only difference would be from a 2bbl to a 4bbl.
Otherwise it is all the same.
Exhaust manifolds are different and so is P/S pump, but the car stuff interchanges.
If your not into originality and have access to it, I would use the Jeep P/S pump as it is a saginaw GM pump and much easier to get parts or replace then the pump originally in the AMBO.
