I have passed the info on to one of the bigger Jeep parts guys (Ryan at BJs offroad) and he was going to inquire about it because people ask for AMC motor parts quite a bit (the 360 was the most common engine in FSJs since most people seem to be attracted to Grand Wagoneers) I'm a 6 cyl guy but I prefer a 304 or 401 to the 360 (not hating, just a preference) In fact, I'm pulling a perfectly fine 360 (with T18A/NP208) out of my '82 Honcho, but only because it won't be a work truck. The shortbox stepside is too much a work of art to use like that. (that's why I have an '84 J10 with J20 axles and a 4.6L stroker to haul stuff with!) I sent an email out to Glen. Below is his response. Armand Hi Armand, We don't have any plans for a 360 AMC piston. I have a stock replacement in the Silvolite OE aftermarket brand. It has a large dish at 3.600 diameter with a depth of .190 which equates to a 32.5cc displacement. The bore size and wrist pin size is the deferring factors along with the high costs of mold development. I would have to have a lot of interest in this application, what I mean is a market to sell it so I can justify producing it.
