Mark the relationship between inner and outer parts on the damper before sending it out. 
Someone said they got theirs back with the outer ring on in the wrong location throwing the timing mark off.

Thanks. I'll call 'em. I know someone has been reproing them. I wouldn't
mind having my old one laying around.

I won't buy anything NOS that has rubber or most things organic (except
phenolics). New-old rubber is a quick disaster.
