[AMC-list] 360 Pistons

Thanx to all who replied.
IF they are ever made I'm sure they will be stock configuration with the exception of less dish for 9-1 squeeze (the tech guy suggested this). It's hard enough just trying to get them to agree to LOOK at production when they already have a mold made. New molds are $20k which is why mfgrs are resistant to making a new part without a reasonable chance they will recoup their investment. I keep telling them you CAN"T sell what you don't HAVE,, but they don't see it that way.
 This is the first time I have had a tech even ACT like he was listening to me much less take my name and phone number so we MIGHT have a real chance at actually getting these puppy's made!!
360's are good street motors (up to about 400hp because of weak mains) but that's exactly where this piston would work well! Lot's of jeeps have been converted to chebbies because the 360 is expensive and so few parts available. Now that edelebrock is making heads and manifolds the situation might change.
 That's how I tried to sell him on making them. 10 years worth of production and NO other mfgrs making them.
Put the word out to everyone you can and lets see how much interest there is. I'll wait a week or so (still in Fla now heh,heh,heh) and get back in touch with him. Then I'll STAY on him till I get a definite yes/no answer.
