If that is who I think it is, that is the Yellow AMX III pushmobile in Leland, MI, near Traverse City.  I went up and looked at in about 1998 or 99 ... met Bruce Rambler and Chris Zinn there.  Chris wanted to buy it, but Scotty (I think Dawkins) wasn't selling it.  He and his son, Ian, were going to restore it.  It's the one that sat in the barn basement at Gilmore Car Museum, near Battle Creek, MI, for YEARS, and ended up in court and Scotty got it back.  I may still have pictures of what it looked like ... needed a lot of TLC to refinish the car ... at $250,000 ... perhaps they got it done.
