You'll also need to take the 4.0L flywheel, along with the 290 and 304 flywheels and have the 4.0L unit match-balanced to duplicate the balance for the 209 and 304 units.
 
You could just run the 290 or 304 flywheels with the AX15 setup ... unless ... you want to run EFI or something that needs the crank sensor input from the 4.0L flywheel.
 
BTW, I am swapping a NV3550 into my Grand Wagoneer behind the 304 stroker, which is neutrally balanced.  I picked it up yesterday, on the way to our AMC Club meeting at the old Packard Proving Grounds.
