[AMC-list] Patriot Act at the Canadian Border?

OK, I am sure to get sromped here, but as far as AMC content, I beleive every AMC part should have open access border capabilities.  

As far as the Patriot Act, what is "widely known" is more like what is "widely reported" or "widely rumored".  Yeah, there are a lot of idiotic laws that stopped a guy at the border who wanted to help his Dad work on a shop (was that info really necessary to tell a border guard?), but apologies to the "Blame GWB's admin for all past, present and future mishaps" the Patriot Act is not one of them.  I am no fan of GWB, but if you think he was a fascist you need to learn what the word means.  I don't know what I would have done if I were in the driver's seat on 9/12, but the Patriot Act has more to do with surveilling electronics and immigrants than it does border crossings. BTW, as long as I am getting stomped, if you were chapped about the P Act, you should read the Healthcare reform Bill.  Yeah, before you write me off, read it and then tell me where I am wrong.  

One example, page 59, line 21, letter (C).  

‘‘(C) enable electronic funds transfers, in
order to allow automated reconciliation with the
related health care payment and remittance advice;

When read in the context of the preceding pages, this means the Gvmnt has real time access to your bank account.  Imagine how that could affect your ability to buy AMC's (stretching for AMC content!).  Don't believe me, read it for your self:

Download the whole bill and be amazed as to what they were willing to put in print! COnsider this:  let's say you LOOOOOVE Obama and have no problem with his admin having access to ALL your private info, health history and bank accounts (yeah, it's ALL in there)... what happens when the next guy gets elected in and it's another GWB.  Would you be confortable with him having that access?  

Every founding Father would attest to the fact that Citizenry isn't easy, so I hope you will take the time to research and understand exactly what judges and legislators are doing to us rather than listening to Talk Radio, the Nightly News or Newspapers.  You can verify if you try!
