Here's the response from the seller ... "yes and no... total is 96us for buyer i just moved the item price to shipping so noone would bid as he wants it"
 
Whether it's a scam or not ... that's rediculous. IF it's a scam and it get's "lost" in the mail system ... it could only be insured for the Buy-it-Now price ... OOPS.  Sorry, your item is lost and you only get $5.00 refunded.

You should check with the seller to be sure the charge is correct.
When you list with the shipping calculator, I think it shows the,"get it there overnight"  rate first.
I find it does that on most listings, wherever you're shipping.
On the other hand, if the buy it now is super low, and the shipping is ultra high, it may be a scam.
