for the back-up lights, i have had the issue of my switch mounting tab coming
loose, and then moving itself out of adjustment. but i just rememberd... i
went from the column shift manual, to a floor shift, so that probably dont
apply to you. i forget how it is on the column shift now... anyway, just
something simple to maybe look into.
