yikes!!!

some years ago there was a fellow in the midwest making midget sprint
car v8s based on his own custom crankcase taking 2 1000cc bike
cylinder blocks...  iirc they were so much more powerful than anything
else in class the regs found some way to ban them.

i have visions of a little v12 made from a pair of cbx cylinder
blocks.
