Bruce, You might be able to clean the headliner in place with a cloth or paper towel moistened with a household cleaner like Cinch. If you need the info about a relacement, my 65 Rambler headliner has been replaced with a vinyl headliner and I can send pictures if you want them. The job was done long ago in Mexico I suspect. The car came south Texas before it sat in a barn in Socal for many years.
