Napa? I've always paid the little bit more since the person at the counter has always been willing to look up parts or help me out in any way. Even if I could get the exact same part a little cheaper and a little closer to home - I've driven the few extra miles and paid the little bit extra to find someone knowledgeable and helpful. Without the knowledge and good attitude, there is no reason to drive a little farther and pay a little more. Service has got to count.
