Well take a look; the roof chamber in 3 and 4 intentionally routes turbulent exhaust up into a weird chamber to heat the carb! The other two ports are more typical. There are many protrusions though that could take the usual smoothing, but those middle two, unless you can weld up some insert it's an odd little expansion chamber!
